Done-for-you repurposing · For business podcasters

Every episode you record is full of clips your audience never sees.

You publish a weekly show that sells your coaching, your course, or your services. Repostly turns each episode into finished clips on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok — chosen by a person, written per platform, and, on Engine and System, reported against the business goal you give us. You just record.

Free sample first · Paid pilot: $195 · No calls · No long-term contract · Human review on every clip

The proof is a clip from your own show. Send your latest episode; we send back one finished clip, free. The monthly report then lands on day 20 — before renewal on day 28 — so every month argues for itself before you pay for the next.

The report arrives before renewal

Your monthly report lands on day 20. Renewal is day 28. You judge the month before you pay for the next one.

A person reviews every clip

AI drafts; a person picks the moments and decides whether each clip ships.

Built for monetized channels

Every clip passes an inauthentic-content check — the template-made look is a monetization risk we name and guard against.

Nothing weekly from you

One five-field onboarding form. After that, you record; we run the week.

The problem

Your show sells. Your feeds don't.

It's the night before your next recording. The last episode is live, your listeners heard it, and your Shorts feed hasn't moved in a month — because between recording, clients, and the business itself, clipping is the task that never survives the week.

So the episode does its work once, for the people already subscribed, and the answers inside it — the ones a future client would need to hear — stay buried at minute 40.

The free tools don't close that gap. They can suggest clips; you're still the one choosing, captioning for three platforms, posting every week, and working out whether any of it moved the business. Here's what the choosing-and-posting actually costs when it's bought or hired out:

The other ways to get clipsWhat it runsWho does the work
A freelance editor, clip by clip $75–$100 per finished clip — $900–$1,200/mo at 12 clips You still choose the moments, post to each platform, and keep score.
A solo repurposing bundle About $1,250/mo Weekly verticals, quote images, and a post per episode — from a freelancer you manage.
Doing it yourself $0 in fees You — choosing, cutting, captioning, posting, and reporting, every week, next to the work that pays you.
Repostly Starter $297/mo — up to 12 clips, posted to 3 platforms Us. A person reviews every clip before it ships.

Modeled from published rates: the per-clip rate and the solo bundle figure come from the Jeremiah Craig 2026 price sheet, as cited in Repostly's October 2026 market brief. They are market anchors for comparison, not quotes — check them the way you'd check ours.

The system

Seven reasons business podcasters hand us the system

1

Your best answers are buried at minute 40

On a business show, the moment a future client needs is rarely the intro. It's the straight answer you gave deep in a conversation — the one a listener would clip and send to a partner. Your subscribers heard it once. The people scrolling Shorts, Reels, and TikTok never heard it at all. We mine for those moments first.

2

A report that ties clips to your business

Output alone doesn't tell you if this is working. Starter closes the month with an output report; Engine and System add the one-page ROI report — views and profile visits, plus email signups and sales from your tracked links if you connect them. Every number in it comes from your analytics, never ours.

3

A person picks every clip

We use AI for transcripts and first drafts. A person picks the moments and decides whether each clip ships. That matters for taste — and for safety: YouTube's monetization policies rule out channels whose videos look template-made or interchangeable, and a feed of mass-templated clips can look exactly like that. Human review is our safeguard against it.

4

Posted where your audience scrolls

Finished clips go out to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok on a schedule — five surfaces on System, adding Threads and LinkedIn. You don't open an editor, a scheduler, or a single app. The feeds fill because the system runs, not because you found an hour.

5

Copy written per platform, in your voice

A Shorts caption, a Reels caption, and a TikTok post are three different pieces of writing. On Engine and System, each platform gets its own copy — hooks, captions, and hashtags written to sound like you, not like a template. System also turns each episode into text-thread posts.

6

Cut and captioned for the feed

Each clip is paced for short-form, captioned on screen, and finished with your branding. Before any clip ships, a person checks it: the hook lands in the first three seconds, every caption word is spelled right and in sync, and nothing leaves with a watermark or a misleading edit of what you said.

7

A weekly rhythm you never manage

The pipeline runs the same way every week: ingest Monday, moments Tuesday, cuts Wednesday, packaging Thursday, human review and delivery Friday. You record the episode. The rest of the week happens without a meeting, a reminder, or a task on your list.

How it works

From your episode to a posted clip

1

We find the moments

We go through the full transcript and pull the parts that stand on their own: the story, the hot take, the tactical answer, the quotable line.

2

We cut the clips

We edit each moment into a finished vertical clip, paced for short-form, with on-screen captions and your branding.

3

We write the posts

Each platform gets its own post copy, written in your voice. (Engine and System tiers.)

4

We post them

Each clip goes out to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, so you never touch a scheduler. On Engine and System, we also manage the posting calendar.

5

We report back

Starter closes the month with an output report: what we made and where we posted it. Engine and System add the ROI report — views and profile visits, plus email signups and sales from your tracked links if you connect them.

The weekly rhythm, every week

Episodes come in Monday. Moments are picked Tuesday — our shortlist, a person's final call. Clips are cut Wednesday and packaged for each platform Thursday. Friday, a person reviews every clip against the QA checklist, and the approved clips are scheduled and delivered with a short drop note. Your monthly report lands on day 20, before any renewal — you judge the month before you pay for the next one.

The offer

A distribution system, not clips by the pound

We sell the whole job — choosing, cutting, captioning, posting, and reporting — run as one weekly system. Anyone who wants the cheapest clips per dollar should buy a tool; this page is for creators who want the feeds handled.

Every plan includes

  • Finished vertical clips — cut, captioned, and branded as yours
  • Posting to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok (five surfaces on System)
  • Per-platform post copy in your voice (Engine and System)
  • A monthly report — output on Starter, ROI on Engine and System
  • A person reviewing every clip before it ships
  • Text-thread posts and a newsletter edition per episode (System)

What we never do

  • Promise views, subscribers, or sales. We sell defined deliverables and a process — never outcomes.
  • Ship a clip no person has reviewed. AI drafts; a person decides.
  • Use your episodes or clips for anything but your own distribution.
  • Lock you in. No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation call.
  • Hide behind a dashboard. Every question reaches a person, by email.

Exit terms, stated here rather than in fine print: cancel anytime by email; clips already delivered are yours to keep and use.

The checkable details

Everything a skeptic would ask, on the page

No demo call, no “it depends.” If a detail matters to your decision and it isn't here, email us — a person answers.

Timelines

  • Free sample: one finished clip from one episode you send us — the first deliverable, before any payment.
  • Pilot: 2 weeks from your intake form.
  • Weekly: approved clips scheduled and delivered every Friday.
  • Monthly: your report lands on day 20; a one-question check-in on day 25; renewal on day 28.
  • System tier: 48-hour priority turnaround on clips.

What you receive

  • Pilot: 4 finished clips from 1 episode + the written mini-audit, inside 2 weeks.
  • Starter: up to 12 clips a month from 4 episodes, posted to 3 platforms, monthly output report.
  • Engine: up to 24 clips a month from 8 episodes, per-platform copy, monthly ROI report.
  • System: up to 24 clips, text threads, a newsletter edition per episode, 5 surfaces, quarterly strategy review.

How it runs

A five-step pipeline on a fixed weekly rhythm — ingest Monday, moments Tuesday, cuts Wednesday, packaging Thursday, human review and delivery Friday. AI does transcripts and first drafts; a person picks the moments and reviews every clip against a written QA checklist (hook in the first three seconds, captions letter-perfect, platform-safe formatting, and an inauthentic-content check) before anything ships.

Limits, stated plainly

  • Clip counts are up to the tier number — the human-review gate means no filler clips to hit a quota.
  • Async only: no calls, no meetings, no same-day turnaround. This is a weekly batch system.
  • We work from episodes you own and have the right to distribute.
  • Client count is capped by production hours; when the pipeline is full, new starts wait rather than quality dropping.

What we are not

Not a growth agency, not a clips-per-dollar vendor, and not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. We don't sell views, subscribers, or sales — we sell finished clips, distribution, and reporting, delivered on a rhythm. And we're new: this page carries no client results because there are none to show yet. Judge the sample clip instead.

Four finished pilot clips, bought one at a time from a freelance editor, would run $300–$400 at the going per-clip rate — before anyone writes the captions or posts them. The pilot is $195 flat: the clips, the scheduling, and a written mini-audit of the episode, in two weeks. Monthly plans start only if it earns them.

Questions

Asked straight, answered straight

Will a feed of clips put my channel's monetization at risk?

It's the right question. YouTube's channel monetization policies rule out content that looks made with a template or feels interchangeable from video to video — the policy was renamed “inauthentic content” on July 15, 2025, and it covers mass-produced, repetitive content. A feed of templated clips is exactly what it targets.

Our safeguard is structural: a person picks the moments from each episode and reviews every clip before it ships, so the feed is edited work, not template output. No one outside YouTube controls how YouTube judges a channel, so we don't promise an outcome — we promise the review.

Do I have to approve every clip?

No. After the onboarding form, you don't approve each clip unless you want to. A person on our team reviews every one against the QA checklist, and the Friday drop note shows you what went out, with links.

I earn from coaching and courses, not ad revenue. Does the report track that?

Yes — that's what it's built for. The Engine and System ROI report covers views and profile visits, plus email signups and sales from your tracked links if you connect them. Intake asks for the one business goal that matters this quarter, and the report is organized around it. Every number comes from your own analytics.

What do you need from me each week?

Nothing weekly. Your episode feed and posting access are set up once, in a short onboarding done without a call. You record the episode; the week's picking, cutting, posting, and reporting happens on our side of the line.

What if I don't like the clips?

Start with the free sample. It costs nothing, and one clip will show you whether our taste matches yours. The $195 pilot comes next: 4 finished clips from 1 episode over 2 weeks, before any monthly plan. If you stop after the pilot, you keep the clips, and if you go monthly, there's no minimum term.

Why should I trust you?

Our done-for-you service is new, so this page has no client logos or testimonials yet — that absence is deliberate, not an oversight. You don't have to take our word for anything, though. Send us an episode, get a finished clip back for free, and judge the work itself. If you want more, the pilot runs 2 weeks at a fixed price, and nothing locks you in after it.

Hear your best answer the way a new client would find it.

Send us your latest episode. We'll cut one finished clip from it — free — so you can judge the work the way your audience will see it.
